Technical training in helpdesk support, support technician, or help desk technician Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.Provide resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.Troubleshoot Windows/MAC Operating Systems and Microsoft 0365 applications.You will document all important end-user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or request.Field incoming requests from end-users by both telephone and work orders.
You will report to the Information Systems Manager.
Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and require that you give hands-on support at the desktop level. This includes receiving end-user help requests.
